  • Our physician-designed sauna has a built-in red light therapy device, uses infrared wavelength, and has low EMF ( Electromagnetic Fields) and low ELF (Extremely Low Frequency).

    Unlike traditional saunas, Infrared Saunas use light from infrared lamps to generate heat, promoting relaxation and various health benefits

    You can use our in-suite showering during your session. Taking a shower after sauna use helps cleanse the sweat and toxins released during the sauna session and prevents pores from getting clogged.

  • Relax in your own private infrared sauna suite, complete with full shower and amenities. Enjoy a private suite for 30, 45, or 50 minute session. If you are unsure, start at 30 minutes and work your way up. During the session, listen to our curated meditation or just sit back and relax. Meditation during a sauna session can enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and promote a deeper sense of well-being and mindfulness.

    Our staff will take you into your own private sauna suite where you may undress and wrap yourself in a towel or robe, then spend 15 to 40 minutes in the sauna. You will want to hydrate before coming and stay well-hydrated throughout the day, as sweating helps detoxify the body, eliminating harmful free radicals and heavy metals.

  • Our sauna here at Longevity Place utilizes infrared wavelengths, a type of invisible light produced by the sun, to generate warmth in the body without harmful rays. The infrared spectrum comprises three categories: near, mid, and far infrared. Near infrared penetrates the deepest, promoting cellular energy production, while mid infrared temporarily enhances circulation. Far infrared closely resembles the heat emitted by the human body, enhancing natural energy. Infrared saunas, also referred to as therapy cabins, employ True Wave heaters to emit these infrared wavelengths. Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the air, infrared saunas use these wavelengths to induce relaxation and deep sweating at lower temperatures, between 115°F and 135°F. This efficient approach offers both relaxation and health benefits while consuming less energy.

  • We recommend going nude or in your underwear, be prepared to sweat. We provide towels to use during the session

  • We recommend hydrating with plenty of water before, during, and after our session. We have a shower for you to use in-suit

  • It’s recommended to use the sauna 3-5 days per week in order to feel the maximum benefits.

  • While infrared saunas are fairly safe, we recommend people with any health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart problems, syncope, low blood pressure, or are under medical care, get cleared by your doctor before your first session. Infrared saunas cannot be used if you are pregnant.
