Did you know a cold plunge is the most well studied cold therapy! Yes! All you need is up to 30 seconds to 3 minutes to get the benefits of cold therapy.
Our revolutionary Cold Plunge uses powerful cooling, filtration, and sanitation to give you a therapeutic cold therapy. Our cold water plunge cools down to 39 degrees with circulating water. The water constantly circulates which helps water quality & makes for an even colder plunge experience. Our cold water uses ozone sanitation. Ozone is a powerful oxidizer that breaks down unwanted contaminants and helps maintain water quality.

Get all the benefits of cold water therapy in our private suite! We recommend between 1-3 minute plunge sessions. Start slow and work your way up to 3 minutes. You will have about 10 minutes in the private suite. We recommend starting with a brief guided meditation and then taking a plunge into our cold water bath.
During the session, with your bathing suit on you take a dip into our cold water immersion tub for as long as you can tolerate (recommend no more than 3 min). Bring your towel and bathing suit. To optimize your health even more, pair our cold plunge with our infrared sauna.

FAQs

In a cold water plunge, you immerse yourself in cold water, typically at temperatures ranging from around 39°F (10°C) to 68°F (20°C), which can vary depending on the location and season. Cryotherapy involves exposing the body to extremely cold air for a short period, typically at temperatures as low as -200°F (-129°C) for 2-3 minutes. You can spend longer periods in cold water, which might allow for a more gradual adaptation to the cold. Also when it comes to the healthy benefits of cold water therapy, most studies used cold water baths not cryotherapy machines. At Longevity Place, we aim to provide the most well studied and advanced technology. Cryotherapy machines are not well studied for their benefits.
